Needed the shifter quick, but accidentally ordered with standard shipping. Re-ordered with overnight, and sent customer service an email asking for the first order to be cancelled. Not only did I never see a response, both orders were sent, and the original order did not even contain the correct part. Processing times also did not match what was promised on the website (overnight order took an additional day to get shipped, putting my car OoC for an extra day).
The part itself is fine for the most part. Quality is good, especially for the cheapest chassis-mount shifter you can find. But it came with zero instructions or help on installation and assembly. Took me a stiff minute to figure out how to put the centering spring on, and I'm still not sure I have it correct. Installation is a little more custom compared to a more expensive brand that would have more car-specific provisions, so I wouldn't recommend it for people who aren't comfortable doing more advanced mechanical work. I put it on an e60 550i, and reverse mounting it allowed me to avoid modifying the center console, but reverse or forward, there's no way to get all 4 bolts in, so be prepared to figure something custom out.
Tl;dr: shifter did the job I bought it for, pretty nice, but the company's customer service and fulfillment may actually be the worst.
