Fells really good

As another review said. The bolt that sits underneath the bracket is not already mounted and you need to remove 2 bolts (pivot allen bolt and the phillips underneath the boot) and loosen the bracket to make it fit.
Once all of that is made, it feels really good and no grinds.
Overall if you dont care about putting a little bit of effort, its a really good choice for the price.
It comes with a cover but i did not installed mine.

Love it. 2001 Miata 6 -speed vin before 216***. 19mm turret whole where bushing is

Straight forward. Didn’t have shifter boot to cover turret. Used a new Mazda rubber boot to test it and works amazing after. Took time to figure out bolt that sit right under the shifter bracket. Was a pain in the ass. Had to disassemble shifter bracket big bolt to access Allen bolt. Should have used hex bolt, would have been easier for install. Once installed it was amazing. Shifts quick and fast and clean no grind. Overall amazing for price just missing rubber boot and should have pre installed Allen bolt or use pre stalled hex nut.
